🌧 Community Kitchen Relief Campaign – Support Flood-Affected Families in Thiruvarur, Tamil Nadu
An Initiative by The Mishty Foundation in collaboration with PALAM (People Awareness and Legal Aid Movement)
"Emergency Appeal"
🚨 Continuous heavy rainfall in Thiruvarur District, Tamil Nadu has severely impacted the livelihoods of hundreds of agricultural labourers. With no work, no daily income, and waterlogged surroundings, families are struggling even for one proper meal a day.
To address this urgent crisis, The Mishty Foundation, in partnership with PALAM (Reg. No. 03/2006), is launching a Community Kitchen Relief Programme to provide fresh, hot meals to the worst-affected families.

📍 In coordination with local authorities, the following villages in Thiruthuraipoondi Taluk have been marked as high-risk and need immediate assistance:

Total Individuals: 1,088
These households are currently unable to meet basic food requirements due to the flood situation.

This is the minimum amount required to ensure that no family goes hungry until the floodwaters recede and normal life becomes possible again.
